Important policies

  • Booking amount of INR 50,000 per person is required at the time of confirmation and is non-refundable.
  • Balance payment must be cleared as per the payment schedule shared at the time of booking.
  • Package cost is based on twin / triple sharing. Single occupancy supplement will be charged separately (USD 300).
  • Airfare is calculated at the prevailing fare at the time of costing and is subject to change until ticket issuance.
  • Rate of exchange considered: 1 USD = INR 90. Any fluctuation in ROE may affect the final billing.
  • Hotels follow standard check-in (14:00-15:00 hrs) and check-out (12:00 hrs) timings.
  • An incidental deposit may be required at hotel check-in (payable directly by guests and refundable at check-out).
  • Child age is calculated as per year (not month). Child above 11 years or height above 130 cm will be charged as adult.
  • Visa approval is subject to Vietnam immigration authorities.
  • Tour itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or flight timings without prior notice.
  • The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage due to circumstances beyond control such as natural calamities, flight disruptions, political unrest, strikes, or medical emergencies.
  • Travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended.
  • All disputes are subject to jurisdiction as per company registration location.
