Day 1 - AIRPORT – KANDY - APPROX 04 HRS DRIVE

A heartfelt welcome to Sri Lanka, upon your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by one of our dedicated representatives. After this gracious welcome, you will be escorted to your private vehicle to begin a scenic journey to Kandy—the cultural heart and picturesque hill capital of Sri Lanka—nestled among misty hills and rich in history, tradition, and timeless heritage.
Enjoy a delightful stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (Depending on your Arrival time) on your way to Kandy. is a renowned sanctuary caring for orphaned and injured elephants. Visitors can watch these gentle giants roam freely, socialize, and bathe in the river. Nearby, Iparanigama offers a glimpse into Sri Lanka’s rich rural heritage, making this a perfect blend of wildlife and culture.
Here's a typical daily schedule:
8:30 AM: Opens to visitors.
9:15 AM: Bottle feeding for babies.
10:00 AM: Herd leaves for the river.
12:00 PM: Herd returns from the river.
1:15 PM: Bottle feeding.
2:00 PM: Herd leaves for the river.
4:00 PM: Herd returns from the river.
5:00 PM: Bottle feeding.
5:30 PM: Ticket counter closes.
6:00 PM: Close to the public

Cancellation Policy

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)...
