Welcome to Hanoi, the charming capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local driver (without guide) and transferred to the city center for hotel check-in. Please note that the standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 – 15:00.
In the afternoon, begin your exploration with a visit to Ba Dinh Square, the largest and most historically significant square in Hanoi where many important cultural and political events take place.
Continue to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including:
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (viewed from outside as it closes in the afternoon)
Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House
Ho Chi Minh’s Fish Pond
One Pillar Pagoda
Later, visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, located on a small peninsula on the eastern side of West Lake. With a history of over 1,500 years, it is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi.
Continue your sightseeing with a visit to the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake, followed by a leisurely walking tour through the vibrant Old Quarter. This fascinating network of narrow streets, also known as the “36 Streets,” is famous for its traditional shops selling everything from fabrics and handicrafts to local delicacies.
After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.
