  • GST: Total billing will have 5% GST extra.
  • Extra Charges: Any additional sightseeing, extra vehicle use, night charges, or anything beyond the itinerary will be charged extra.
  • Pickups & Departures: Single pickup and departure are included. Multiple arrivals/departures will incur extra charges.
  • Activities & Fees: Pony ride, camel ride, local rickshaw, camera fees, guide fees, entrance fees to monuments, parks, museums, gardens, etc., are extra.
  • Unforeseen Costs: Any costs due to natural calamities (landslides, roadblocks, political disturbances, etc.) must be borne by the client and paid on the spot.
  • Price Changes: Any increase in taxes or fuel prices affecting surface transport or land arrangements before departure will be charged extra.
  • Exclusions: Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is not included.
  • Supplements: Blackout dates, long weekends, festivals, Christmas & New Year charges, gala dinners are extra.
  • Personal Expenses: Insurance, laundry, telephone, tips, gratuity, and drinks (mineral/soft/hard) are not included.
  • Children: Child above 6 years charged as per hotel policy.
  • Early/Late Stay: Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
  • Ramoji Studio: Ramoji Studio tour and Ramoji Star Experience charges are extra.
  • Guide: A guide is strongly recommended for smooth coordination. Additional charges apply.
  • FOC Policy: Free-of-Cost (FOC) policy 15+1 rooms; if rooms are less than 15, FOC doesn’t apply.
