Day 1 - Srinagar – Arrival & Shikara Ride

Arrival at Srinagar Airport/Station, where our representative will receive you and transfer you to your Houseboat/Hotel. After check-in, the rest of the day is free for relaxation and personal activities.
Later, enjoy a complimentary Shikara ride (01 Hour) on the famous Dal Lake, where you can admire the stunning views of surrounding mountains, floating gardens, and traditional houseboats. The serene atmosphere of the lake offers a memorable experience often compared to the beauty of Venice.
Overnight stay at Houseboat/Hotel in Srinagar.

Note:
• Complimentary Shikara ride is for 1 hour at Dal Lake only.
• Ghat – Houseboat – Ghat crossing is included one time only; additional crossings will be on direct payment basis.

Personal expenses such as insurance, laundry, telephone calls, tips, gratuity, mineral/soft/hard drinks
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary
Multiple pick-up or drop (only single arrival and departure transfer is included)
Union cab charges at Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Kargil or other restricted sightseeing areas (if not included)
Camera fees, guide/tour escort charges and entry fees at monuments, parks, museums and gardens
Gondola cable car tickets in Gulmarg (subject to availability and extra cost)
Any cost arising due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc.
Any increase in taxes, fuel price or transportation cost before departure
5% GST on total billing
FOC policy (15 + 1) applicable only if number of rooms are 15 or more
Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and generate confirmation.
Remaining balance payment must be cleared 15 days prior to the check-in date.
Hotel vouchers will be issued only after receiving 100% payment.
Driver details will be shared one day prior to arrival by evening (around 7:00 PM).
During peak season, the running driver may be changed and a new driver may be assigned the next day.
All payments must be made through bank transfer / cheque / bank deposit. Cash deposit without approval is not accepted.
If the full payment is not received 10 days prior to arrival, the booking may be cancelled without prior notice.
Any changes in taxes, fuel price, or government policies may affect the final cost.
Prepaid SIM cards do not work in Jammu & Kashmir; a postpaid SIM is recommended.
Our vehicle cannot operate in certain sightseeing areas like Gulmarg local points, Sonmarg Glacier, and Pahalgam ABC Valley due to local union rules. Guests must hire local taxis where required.
Gondola tickets at Gulmarg should be booked online in advance subject to availability.
Rates for pony rides, rafting, ATV rides, or other adventure activities are on direct payment basis and are negotiable.
Anything not mentioned in the inclusions will be treated as excluded.
