Kaziranga National Park, located in Assam, India, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for hosting two-thirds of the world's Great Indian one-horned rhinoceros population (approx. 2,613 as of 2022). Established in 1905, this 430 sq km, biodiversity-rich park features tall elephant grass, wetlands, and dense forests, acting as a protected habitat for tigers, elephants, wild water buffalo, and swamp deer.

Shillong and Cherrapunji (Sohra) in Meghalaya offer a stunning North East India getaway, featuring cascading waterfalls, living root bridges, and lush, misty landscapes. Known as the "Scotland of the East," Shillong provides a vibrant, hilly city experience, while Cherrapunji, formerly the world's wettest place, offers dramatic, rain-kissed plateau views.

Day 1 - Guwahati Airport – Kaziranga

(Distance: 195 kms. / Driving Time: 4.5 – 5 hrs.)

On arrival at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, you will be greeted with a warm smile and assisted on your journey to Kaziranga. Drive through the verdant plains of Assam before checking in at your hotel. Evening is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kaziranga.

Day 2 - Kaziranga Safari

Day 3 - Kaziranga – Shillong

Day 4 - Excursion to Cherrapunjee

Day 5 - Shillong – Guwahati Airport
